MacroDeploy (operated by Sakamoto Labs LLC) uses the third-party providers below to deliver the service. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and an approved EU→US transfer mechanism. We'll post material changes here before they take effect.

| Anthropic (Claude API) | Runs the AI that audits, reviews, and edits code. Processes the code/content you send to a run. | United States Standard Contractual Clauses (Anthropic Commercial Terms / DPA). API data is not used to train models. |
| Stripe | Subscription billing and payment processing. | United States EU–US Data Privacy Framework + Standard Contractual Clauses (Stripe DPA). |
| GitHub (MacroDeploy GitHub App) | Reads repository metadata, opens pull requests, and stores your AI key as an encrypted repo secret — under the permissions you grant on install. | United States Standard Contractual Clauses (GitHub/Microsoft DPA). |
