Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MacroDeploy, operated by Sakamoto Labs LLC(“we”, “us”), including the website, dashboard, GitHub App, and editor extension (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MacroDeploy helps you audit, fix, and deploy code using AI. It runs AI on your own AI-provider credential (e.g. Anthropic or OpenAI). You are responsible for your use of those providers and for complying with their terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate sign-in information and keep your credentials and API tokens secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Your content & responsibility
- You retain all rights to your code and content. We claim no ownership.
- AI output may be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing any findings, code changes, or deployments before relying on them. Do not merge or deploy AI-generated changes you have not reviewed.
- You must have the right to connect any repository you link and to use your AI credentials with the Service.
4. Acceptable use
- No illegal use, no infringing others’ rights, no attempts to breach or overload the Service.
- No using the Service to generate malware or to attack systems you don’t own or have permission to test.
- Don’t resell or multiplex a single AI subscription credential across users in violation of the provider’s terms.
5. Plans & billing
The Service offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid features are described at pricing. Fees (if any) are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. You bring your own AI credential; AI-provider usage costs are yours.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with GitHub, AI providers, and others. Your use of those is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including our audit rubrics and software, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service per these Terms. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our proprietary rubrics or software.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service or any AI output will be accurate, secure, or error-free. Audits and reviews are aids, not guarantees of security, quality, or fitness.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD $100 if you’re on the free tier).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You can delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
